DIRT TRACK RACE DAY

Timetable for Dirt Track race days:

1. 7.30-8.15am sign on. Fill out the entry form, ensuring that all areas are completed correctly, e.g. name, licence number, race number, engine capacity, fees, classes.

2. Pay entry fee (see below).

3. Sign indemnity form for marshalling and nominate yourself , or your representative a corner.

4.To run successfully we also need two starters, finish flag marshal and 3 lap scorers.

5. Signing in will close promptly at 8.15am.

6. Scrutineering is from 7.30-8.15am, at which time the gates will be closed. Any late comers will not be accepted.

7. Riders' briefing is from 8.30am. ALL riders, parents and marshals are to attend. All riders must sign the attendence register after riders briefing. Marshals' briefing will be at the same time.

8. Practice will start promptly at 9.00am.

9. It would be appreciated if all marshals make their way to their nominated corners with their yellow and first aid flags as quickly as possible after riders' briefing. Racing cannot start until all the corners are covered.

10. Motorcycles are not to be removed from the pits or ridden in the pits or the car park until the conclusion of the race meeting.

11. Race order will be as listed on the board and may be changed on the day, depending on entries, by the Race Secretary:-
Race order and marshalling duties will be written on the board which will be placed in the pits.

12. Racing will be four rounds of 4 1/2 laps, subject to change on the day by the Clerk of Course.

13. If everyone participates and cooperates on club days things will run smoothly and be more enjoyable for all concerned.

14. Presentation will take place at the conclusion of every race meeting.

Fees

For recreational riding - $30 for one rider, plus $20 for a second rider in the same family, plus $10 per additional rider in the same family.
For racing - $30 for Juniors plus $15 for each additional class. $35 for Seniors plus $15 for each additional class.
